Form conversion rate is the percentage of form viewers who successfully submit the form. It differs from completion rate in that conversion rate includes users who viewed but never started the form. Average form conversion rates: landing page forms 2-5% (Unbounce), checkout forms 3-7% (Baymard Institute), contact forms 5-15%. Voice-enabled forms increase conversion rates by 2-3× because the reduced friction (speaking vs typing) encourages more visitors to start and finish.
